OUR FOOD PHILOSOPHY
Fresh and local—We use food that is grown close-to-home at its freshest and tastiest. We don’t use cheap ingredients that have fillers,
stabilizers, emulsifiers, artificial colors/flavors, added salts or sugars. We
read the labels so you don’t have to. We look for fresh, locally and ethically
produced ingredients. We get to know the people who grow and harvest food in
Manitoba. We try to buy local as much as possible. We question all our
suppliers to ensure that they know what’s in their products or how they were
grown. Trust that our items are made from scratch.
